Groups & hydrotherapy

Support, connection and exercise that still fits you.

Some people do their best work alongside others. Our groups keep the clinical thinking and individual support—while adding the energy of doing it together.

How joining works

We start by getting to know you.

Our groups are not designed as drop-in fitness classes where everybody is expected to do the same thing. Before joining, most people begin with an individual Exercise Physiology appointment.

That gives us time to understand your health, goals, experience and any support you may need. We can then recommend the right group, introduce you properly and make sure your exercise can be adjusted from the beginning.

It is not a fitness test. It is simply how we help the group experience feel safe, useful and welcoming.
