About Jeremy
Jeremy is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with more than ten years of experience in private practice. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Victoria University.
Before joining Hex, Jeremy also spent five years with the National Ageing Research Institute. That combination of clinical practice and research experience gives him a particularly strong understanding of exercise across ageing, health conditions and changes in function. He is skilled at finding the right level of challenge—enough to create meaningful progress, without losing sight of the person’s confidence, symptoms or day-to-day reality.
People often value Jeremy’s steady, easygoing presence. Sessions can be purposeful without feeling clinical or intimidating, and he takes the time to understand what success actually looks like for each person. Whether that is rebuilding strength, managing a chronic condition or simply feeling more capable in everyday life, the work remains individual. Away from Hex, Jeremy enjoys golf, making pizza and spending time with family and friends.
