About Kyra
Kyra works across accounts, administration and reception support at Hex Health. Her work helps keep the practical side of the clinic functioning—from the details behind billing and accounts to supporting clients and the wider team.
Allied health administration can become complicated quickly, particularly across NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe and other funding pathways. Clear systems matter because they reduce uncertainty for clients and allow clinicians to focus on care. Kyra helps hold those systems together and follows through on the details that make the clinic more reliable.
She is also part of the human side of Hex. Reception is where many relationships begin and where people return between appointments with questions, changes or things they need help solving. Kyra works alongside Libby and Evan to make those interactions clear, familiar and respectful. A new team photograph and more of Kyra’s personal story will be added as the refreshed website develops.
