About Libby
Libby is part of Hex Health’s reception and client-support team. She is often one of the first people clients, families and referrers speak with, and plays a major role in making the experience feel organised, welcoming and human from the beginning.
Behind the scenes, Libby supports bookings, communication and clinical administration. She understands that people contacting an allied health clinic may already be managing pain, disability, uncertainty, funding systems or a long list of appointments. Her calm and friendly approach helps remove unnecessary friction and makes it easier to work out what happens next.
Libby is also studying Occupational Therapy, bringing a growing understanding of function, participation and the wider circumstances surrounding a person’s health. At Hex, reception is not separate from the care experience. Being remembered, receiving a clear answer and feeling comfortable enough to ask a question all matter. Libby helps make sure those details are not lost.
