Hex Health was born so that Gippslanders can have access to a place where people can seek advice about their diet and exercise. Our advice fits your lifestyle to a tee, has the long term in mind and is paired with expert advice. We exist to positively change the lives of Gippslanders and their health. At Hex, it is all about creating (literal!) high five moments where you are supported in achieving your goals.

We genuinely care about your health, BUT we care more about what you want to do with that good health.

Perhaps it’s to:

-        Be able to get down on the ground and play with the grandkids

-        Be a ‘weekend warrior’ without pain during your sport/exercise

And we do this, by employing allied health staff that possess 3 things

1)     Strong interpersonal skills with high amounts of empathy. We listen and understand you, your goals and your problem!

2)     Are (highly!) talented clinicians who devise plans that work with your busy lives to treat your identified challenges.

3)     And are great, down to earth people!

We currently, offer exercise physiology, dietetics, personal training and group exercise services. Essentially, we use food and exercise as medicine. We treat specific conditions and injuries, and also prevent poor health from occurring in the first place. When it comes to food and exercise, we often hear “I know what I should do, but I can’t seem to ever do it”. Hex Health creates a comfortable and non-judgemental environment where change in these areas ACTUALLY happen.

And we absolutely love what we do and are passionate about our chosen fields.
