Josh Whittaker

Josh Whittaker is the Senior Exercise Physiologist and Director of Hex Health. With a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Human Movement with Honors from RMIT, Josh is dedicated to promoting the benefits of exercise for a fulfilling life.

Josh's journey began in various GP clinics across Gippsland, making exercise physiology accessible to the community. His dedication led to the establishment of Hex Health, where he and his team passionately deliver their vision for overall health.

Josh has had positions working within local Football clubs and lecturing at various universities. His diverse work environments and >10 years experience working in allied health has made him a well rounded clinician.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and being involved in local sports (basketball and football).

Jeremy Dunn

Jeremy Dunn is a dedicated Exercise Physiologist with a passion for improving health through exercise. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Victoria University.

With over 10 years in private practice and 7 years specifically as an exercise physiologist, Jeremy has extensive experience helping clients achieve their health goals. He also spent 5 years at the National Ageing Research Institute, focusing on exercise research for older adults.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys playing golf, making pizza, and spending time with family and friends.

Emily Orchard

Emily is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 10 years in the field.

Emily is non-judgemental and holistic and can provide dietary advice on a large range of food and nutrition-related issues.

Her aim is to translate nutrition science into easily understood and tailored recommendations, focussing on "everyday" foods.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys gardening, walking and supporting the mighty Magpies!

Libby Hunter

Libby is our amazing admin assistant and receptionist and the voice behind the phone. Her soft and friendly nature makes her such a perfect fit for this role.

Libby is in her second year of studying Occupational Therapy and with that really understands the needs of our clients.

When Libby isn’t at Hex she likes to play sport, keep active and hang out with fam and friends.
