Personal Training
This is personal training... with the Hex Health twist.
At Hex, your personal trainer isn't just a trainer—they're an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. That means you're working with a university-qualified health professional who understands not only how to help you get stronger and fitter, but also how to exercise safely if you're managing an injury, chronic condition or health concern.
So, what's the difference?
Our Exercise Physiologists have:
At least 4.5 years of university education
Over 500 hours of supervised clinical placement across hospitals, GP clinics, community health, private practice and strength & conditioning settings
Extensive experience treating injuries, chronic conditions and complex health concerns
Expert knowledge in exercise prescription for people of all ages and fitness levels
Training in behaviour change and psychology to help you build healthy habits that actually stick
Services that may be eligible for rebates through private health insurance or Medicare (with an appropriate GP referral)
And one more thing...
They won't yell at you. We promise.
